Job Description

The Regional Sales Head – Kerala will own the top line for the region. This is a leadership role with complete accountability for sales growth, dealer expansion, market penetration, and team performance. The mandate is simple: drive volume, protect margins, and strengthen Toughglass’ dominance in the Kerala market.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive product mix focus (figured glass, processed glass, value-added products).
  • Monitor pricing discipline and ensure margin protection.
Channel & Market Development
  • Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and project network across Kerala.
  • Develop relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and contractors.
  • Identify new market opportunities, districts, and untapped segments.
  • Lead institutional, project, and bulk order closures.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the regional sales team (Area Sales Executives).
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and enforce accountability.
  • Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture.
  • Coordinate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and sales capability building.
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
  • Resolve customer escalations and protect long-term relationships.
Reporting & Governance
  • Reporting directly to Managing Director
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, MIS, and market intelligence.
  • Track competition, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualification and Skills

Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years in B2B sales, with 5+ years in a regional or senior leadership role (Glass, building materials, construction, or related industries preferred)

Education:
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
